Our furniture rental terms outline everything you need to know before placing an order with Lux Furniture Rentals, including rental periods, delivery, payments, furniture care, cancellations, and client responsibilities.
To ensure every rental runs smoothly, all clients are asked to review and agree to our Terms of Rental Agreement before their scheduled delivery. The agreement explains your responsibilities as the renter, outlines our delivery and pickup procedures, and provides important information about payment terms, furniture care, liability, and other rental conditions.
We believe in being transparent about our policies so you know exactly what to expect throughout the rental process. Taking a few minutes to review the agreement before your delivery helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures a seamless experience for both you and our team.
All Lux Furniture Rentals clients are required to sign and return a Terms of Rental Agreement 48hrs prior to date of delivery. We use ‘SignNow‘ electronic signature software because it’s fast, secure, and easy to use. Once completed, you’ll receive a copy of the signed agreement for your records.
