Yes. All visits are by appointment only. While most clients browse and order directly through our online collection, appointments are available for those who wish to view select furnishings and décor items in person. Visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Can I view specific items during my visit?
Yes. If there are particular pieces you’d like to see, let us know when booking your appointment and we’ll do our best to have those items available for viewing during your visit.
Do you work with home stagers, interior designers, and industry professionals?
Yes. Lux Furniture Rentals regularly works with professional home stagers, interior designers, real estate professionals, production companies, and corporate event planners throughout Toronto and the GTA.
Can I pick up furniture myself?
Furniture rentals require professional delivery and installation and are not available for customer pickup. This helps ensure furnishings are transported, handled, and installed safely while maintaining the quality and condition of our rental inventory. Decorative accessories may be picked up directly.
For approved film, television, and commercial productions, alternative logistics arrangements may be available. Please contact our team for details.
