Rental prices shown on the website cover the first 30-day rental term.

Delivery Rate
Delivery and pickup are charged at a flat rate based on location, not order size. Rates include setup and teardown of rental items within the property.
Insurance Cost
Optional rental insurance is available to you at a low cost.
• Basic plan = 1% of rental value
• Lux plan = 2% of rental value Â

Simply add your desired items to the cart. Item availability is shown in real-time, so you always know what’s available when submitting your order.
2. Enter Delivery Info
Enter your delivery address & desired delivery date. Once you click ‘submit’, Lux will be notified of your order.
3. Sign Off & Pay
A Lux associate will email you directly to verify your order and provide a rental agreement/payment authorization form to sign off and pay.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the Basic and Lux insurance plans?
Both plans protect against accidental damage during normal use. Basic coverage (1% of rental value) covers 50% of any damage costs incurred, whereas our Lux plan (2%) covers you for 75% of any damage costs incurred, and has a smaller deductible. We’re happy to walk you through which makes sense for your project.
What happens if an item is damaged during my rental?
If a piece is damaged while in your care, your insurance plan determines your coverage. Simply let our team know as soon as possible, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to get it resolved quickly.
Can I place an order in person instead of online?
Yes. While our online system offers the fastest way to browse real-time availability, you’re welcome to call us at 416.444.0589 or schedule a visit online to our warehouse to select pieces in person.
Can I extend my rental term after placing my order?
Absolutely! Just reach out to your Lux associate before your term ends and we will arrange an extension for an additional term of up to 30 days.
Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access instructions (ie: lockbox code and location) and can reach you buy phone if needed, our team can complete delivery or pickup without you on-site. We’ll always send a courtesy notice when we’re on our way.
