Can I combine loyalty, RESA/CSP, and referral discounts?
No, these discounts can’t be stacked. If you qualify for more than one, we’ll automatically apply whichever discount offers the greatest savings on your order.
When does my loyalty discount actually take effect?
Loyalty spend is tracked annually, and any discount you earn is applied to your orders throughout the following calendar year, not immediately once you hit a threshold.
Are delivery and pickup fees included in these discounts?
No, all of our discounts apply to rental items only. Delivery, pickup, and inventory purchases are charged at full price.
What do I need to provide for the RESA/CSP member discount?
Simply provide proof of a valid RESA or CSP membership when placing your order to immediately receive 10% off that order and all new orders going forward. Your membership status will be saved on file.
Is there a deadline to use my referral discount?
Yes, referral credits must be redeemed within 12 months of being issued. There’s no limit to how many you can earn, so keep referring as often as you’d like.

Discounts are applicable to rental items only. Delivery/pickup and inventory purchases are charged at full price. Loyalty spend is calculated annually and earned discount will be applied to all orders in the following calendar year. Referrals: Referral discounts are issued to the referrer upon completion of a successful referral. A successful referral is when the referred individual completes delivery of their first rental order. Referral discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers. Limit one referral bonus per order. Referral bonus must be redeemed within 12 months of receipt. Referral discount is applicable to rental items only. Delivery, pickup and other fees are not subject to discount.
